- Add patch to have unique binary names in the testsuite.
- Disable s390/s390x pthread.exp test (FIXME)
- Don't install any info files for the ppc platform. Let's take them
  from the ppc64 one (or we get install conflicts).
- Remove generated info files from the source tree. They are generated
  as part of the FSF snapshot process.
